Membership Ohlala Cafe



  • By registering to the program, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and are bound by the full terms & conditions of the OHLALA membership
  • OHLALA membership program is free and is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
  • Members must provide information such as first and last name and telephone number that is valid and accurate according to the identity card.
  • Privileges and benefits will be extended upon activation of a valid account.
  • Benefits and points accumulated under the membership are promotional and have no cash value.
  • Joining as an OHLALA member for the first time will get a total of 2 points.
  • Every OHLALA member who makes transactions at all Ohlala Outlets with a minimum purchase of Ohlala products of IDR 100,000 will get 1 point and multiples apply.
  • Each transaction of IDR 100,000 or its multiple earns 1 point, e.g. a transaction of IDR 199,000 earns 1 point, while a transaction of IDR 200,000 earns 2 points, etc.
  • Point rewards that have been collected can be exchanged (redeem points) in the form of free Ohlala product items or prizes in accordance with the conditions set by OHLALA.
  • Status Points will expire and will be reset without notification when the member has reached the specified time limit which is 365 days since the first points added.
  • For the use of companion voucher payment mode does not earn reward points.
  • OHLALA reserves the right to change or modify membership benefits at anytime.
  • OHLALA membership and its privileges are non-transferable & not valid with other promotions.
  • For entry OHLALA outlets, members and their guests must follow respective outlet's entrance policy to become a social hub with modern setting, delivering a unique customer experience
  • Status upgrade qualifying points are points earned from spending activities at OHLALA outlets. Points that were rewarded by OHLALA as a welcome gift or other gifts are not considered as qualifying points for status upgrade.
  • Gojek/GrabFood and other similar delivery services are not authorized to have an OHLALA membership and is not allowed to collect any points during their duty time
  • OHLALA maintains the right to amend, change or withdraw the terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice
  • OHLALA reserves the right to change the total points required for redeemable items at anytime
  • OHLALA reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the OHLALA membership at any time and in its sole discretion without notice
